I have a Note 10 plus, which I love but is big and heavy. I am also a klutz who drops my phone regularly! Yesterday was the latest: somehow my phone leaped out of my hands to go skidding across the grocery store cement floor and down the aisle. The phone doesn't have a scratch on it (can't use a screen protector due to the weirdly sensitive screen thumb lock), and the case remained intact with a tiny chip missing but whole around the edge. You can't see it unless you hunt for it. I am incredulous. Not only did it protect my phone but I don't need to replace the case, either.Some tiny little irritations:1. The floral is beautiful and stays clean, but the unwrapped "plastic" part has darkened like someone else mentioned. It's not dirty, I disinfect it regularly with wipes, and it's not noticeable with this print but if you got something less busy or white, you'd probably notice.2. Unlike many cases I've used, the volume buttons are completely covered; it's not just an open slot. It makes it hard to control the volume sometimes.3. Not nearly enough variety in styles.I love the case, will get another one when I eventually change phones, but nothing in life is perfect, and I'd rather use this than an Otter box. There are a ton of cute cases out there, but very few that are both cute AND save your phone! Recommended!
