Nice case, was not sure if I'd like the lens cover. Tiny bit hard to open....UPDATE: The cover keeps getting harder to open, I found the cover guide slots area is getting dirty and making the cover almost impossible to open. So far I have had to clean the slide areas every few days when I am working and my phone with cover in my pocket. Been doing drywall and the dust from sanding is causing the cover to be vary hard to open. Cleaning the slide slots with a slightly damp paper towel rosters it to function though. I can see a day coming where I pop the cover off and go without it. Also had to add some grip tape to the cover so I can slide it more easily....Seems to fit/hold the phone well but not so well you can't easily remove it if wanted. The raised corners are a tiny bit bothersome.Already dropped my phone from setting in my recliner, having the phone in my lap forgetting it was there and standing up. Only about 1.5 ft and phone hits right on the top corner with a thud, bounces and lands face down. ZERO DAMAGE. My S24+ is solid built but a case like this ads the extra protection needed.Only a small drop so not to tough a test but I'm happy.Case sides don't have a ton of grip, but there is just enough. I have high quality 3M rubber grip tape, I cut a thin strip and attache one to each side. It is night and day difference on grip level. Like the phone sticks to my fingers with the slightest pressure. Note, had to add grip tape to the cover in order to open it more easily.This case was recommended by my son who had bought it a few days before I got one. Before ordering this case I looked at a lot of cases did not want to spend to much but wanted a well made case that was quality and would last 4 to 6 yrs.I wanted solid plastic without any coatings that might come off. I wanted the case material, plastic, that would age well and not degrade and would not attract and hold dirt. Already getting it dirty with drywall dust. Cleans up easily so far.Bought a wireless charging base and the case does not interfere at all with charging.Yes, can recommend it as a good basic budget case at this point with the fancy lens door that you need some sturdy fingernails to open. Plastic seems to meet my quality requirements but only long term use will confirm that. I'll report back at long term intervals about how it performs.
