Works great. Sounds much better than the Polycom we replaced. The additional features are a great value. The only problem is that you'll need external mics for a large room, but that's actually not a bad thing, since our Polycom didn't even have the option. If your room has a lot of "reflective" surfaces (for audio, such as glass or metal) then the quality will be a bit tinny, but that's kinda the norm with these things.
